With the loving support of her high school sweetheart, Pheonix learned the art of crafting perfect loaves in her early adulthood – each one imbued with a touch of her youthful enthusiasm and boundless creativity.
Years passed, but Pheonix's love for sourdough remained steadfast. What began as a young adult’s pastime blossomed into a lifelong obsession. Determined to share her passion with the world, Pheonix founded her own sourdough company, aptly named "Culture & Crust Sourdough."
